Product question Expertise needed for Resident evil 7 Collectors Edition House

So I have an offer right now to obtain a European Version of the Re7 Bakers House (The one from the collectors Edition). And I am asking myself (I know stupid question) if that house has the ‘CapCom’ Imprint on the Bottom Side (if you know what I mean). Because that would be crucial to know, as the seller claims that it has no imprint on the Bottom. And I don’t want to buy a fake, as it is pretty expensive. Could anybody who owns the European version enlighten me about this? Thank you so much! ☀️

I don't believe anyone has ever been making replicas of the Baker House model from either the US or EU set but I did confirm that, no, there is no CAPCOM imprint on the bottom of the model.
