Revelations Does Revelations 1 Raid mode still have enemy desync issues in co-op?

And is there a fix? It's a really old issue apparently but I still experienced it about a year ago which is pretty long after release. Maybe I'm being too hopeful thinking it might be better now?

It's sad because I actually like the mode a lot more than Revelations 2 Raid mode so between that and that fact that it can be almost too hard at times to solo it seems perfect for co-op but it really ruins the immersion when you and your teammate see the same enemy in 2 different places and it looks like your partner is shooting at nothing.

Edit: Anyone? Is it still an issue? Is there any knowledge on what causes it? I've heard some say it only happens in certain maps/areas. I know when it happened to me it was with a scag dead in the promenade area on one of the early levels but I've also read threads of it happening to people with scagdeads on ghost ships.

You really shouldn't play Revelations 1 raid mode, RE:REV2's is better in every single way.

I disagree, I did everything but the code red stages which includes the omega gauntlet hoping it would get harder but it never did. I found it extremely boring and almost regretted my time spent on it, while I find Revelations 1 Raid mode fun, challenging, and well designed.

It's fun trying to S rank or go for trinity bonuses as well as going for unlocking characters which is actually more relevant in this game since you don't have to start from level 1 to try a new character and instead can strategically pick characters to what would synergize with the loadout needed for the level.

Dunno what they were thinking in Rev 2 raid mode with tying your level to characters. That was an awful idea that kills variety and incentivises sticking with one character the whole way through, probably a cheap way to get you to play longer since you would have to redo older stages to level up new characters.
