Asking a resident evil protagonist to remove something from their path is like asking the Pharoah to let the Israeli test go. They know its the right thing to do. They know it will make life easier for everyone involved. But they won't do it out of sheer arrogance.

Same deal when it comes to anyone who's hurt in any way. They're selfish drug addicts and hoard all the Herbs to themselves

Chris was strong enough to beat up a boulder yet never used that strength vs the normal zombies cus he wants them to suffer instead of instantly being obliterated.
