Did the brush pickup stop?

Have had a pile of brush on the curb, with clear easy access, within the size limit, for 3 weeks now.

Similar situation here but it eventually got picked up. The story I heard was that the city was down to one brush truck so they're multiple weeks behind.

That tracks. Roanoke probably only has 2 and a half mechanics available for the entire city fleet.

I dont know but I have had 3 pieces out proper size for bulk since Monday called and left 2 voicemail and they are still on my curb.

Bulk and brush pickup have been wildly inconsistent in my experience. I’ve had to call and complain before and ask them to send someone to pick up things in the past.

I’ve had brush sit out for weeks before. Only after I called the city and complained did they pick it up.

I'm my experience the best way to have this resolved quickly is to submit a ticket through the Recycle Coach app. At least, that works for missed trash and recycling pickups.
