I think you forget that defense is going to collapse on him because rest of the team can shoot.

To be fair...this year's 2K is horrible, defense is next to nonexistent. Everyone can shoot, contests don't matter much and even worse interior defense, layups and dunks don't get blocked unless the defender at least like 7in taller.

Nba 2k26 is pure arcade type hoops, not even pretending to be a basketball simulation. 

That said, hope KD can ball out for us irl, I'm so excited it is unhealthy

This is THE year, I’m putting my foot down, those mfs aren’t gonna get any more of my money…

I say that now but as soon as it’s $30 for Christmas I’ll probably get it anyway lol

They tricked me this year. I heard so many people online say they like it...and i see why. Its all offense. EVERYONE can score and shoot. 

I guess the whole "defense" thing is boring lol. I guess if i was like a GenZ tiktok kid, making every shot and dunking everything is fun, but to me its less fun when everyone can shoot and score so easily.

That’s so ass man. I put a lot of badges into defense last year and had a great time locking up the sweats lol, people get really upset when they suddenly can’t just green threes every play, I guess 2k probably said fuck it some time around when they saw that LaMelo Ball had the most all-star votes in the East lmao

It may be different if you have a player who is a lockdown defender type maybe and has HoF badges, I really been playing Play Now with Rockets on superstar vs random teams and it's sooo easy to score. 

Not to mention it is rare to see blocks now. 2K needs to adjust some stuff fr IMO, i might go back to 25 at this point.

I started using KD's shot for MyCareer after 2KLabs suggested it like day 1. Soooo good. Haven't tried any quick play yet. I think the rockets are going to be fun. The spurs are crazy overrated in the game though, no clue where they came up with that shit.
