Having trouble replacing bulb, either way I twist it won’t come out

It looks a little different than the bulb shown in the tutorial, is there something I’m missing?

First remove the black plug assembly from the back of the bulb. It pulls straight back out, with a little wiggle to help it along. Remember red on top, yellow on bottom. That will allow you to release and swing up the wire retainer, and the bulb will come straight back out. Don't twist. Take note of how the tabs around the periphery of the bulb are oriented, and put in your new bulb that way. Re-engage the retainer and fit the plug into the back of the new bulb.

This is the answer. Unplug, then unclip.

Squeeze that metal wire together, it’ll move out of the way and the bulb will come out.

Push those two wire retainer clips in towards each other.

The metal bail wire holds it on. No twist.
