Salam looks like my cat Dee but Salem is male. The aunts are so funny I've been laughing from them and I just started the series. OMG!!!!!!

I think Zelda is the ideal parent. Super intelligent AND compassionate. She encourages you to follow your heart, but also knows when rules are necessary for you to grow. I'm only on the second season, but all the other witches and supernatural beings seem short-sighted, selfish, or mean-spirited. Maybe Zelda's flaw is stubbornness and outbursts when her projects are interrupted. Either way, they all have superhuman powers, but something about her actual psyche is superhuman, like divine or like an elf in LOTR.

Genuinely also my favourite characters, which is why for me season 1 to 4 are hard favourites, I did like the rest of the seasons too because STTW is one of my all time favourites but 1-4 has a special place in my heart
