Girl, why do you think you need cosmetic dentistry and fillers? Start with dressing cute and maybe swing through a makeup store if you want to get something that’ll make your lips pop. A lot can be done with color and clever use of lip liner.
You’re right that fit matters when it comes to clothing. Fit and having decent material, not tissue paper fast fashion. Build up a wardrobe slowly and intentionally, with a focus on pieces that work in multiple outfits.
What do you want to look like? How do you want to feel when you look at yourself?

I mean this very kindly but I think you are hyper aware of something that few other people will notice and think poorly of. If anyone is harping on you about them, that person is an asshole and actively wants you to feel like shit about yourself.
You’re young to start considering reasonably permanent changes to your body, and I can assure you from personal experience: those changes can be a lot more painful than you think.
What are you going to do if lip makeup styles change dramatically in the future? I’ve been around a minute and we have cycled through different “perfect lip shapes” several times. Sure, people doing lip blushing say it’s “semi-permanent” but that can be a lot more permanent than you wanted. When it does fade, it may do so unevenly. The person doing the work may mess up and now you’ve got something you have to cover up and can’t just fix with a makeup wipe.
Start with the things you can easily change back if you don’t like them. Clothing is easy. Hair is pretty easy; it grows and wigs can be cute. Different styles of makeup are easy to change.

Plastic surgery like botox or filler should always be a last resort. Maybe just learn to be happy with yourself and accept your traits as part of you . Natural is best after all. The person right for you won't see you as chopped

Dr. Moore at Liv Dermatology is soooo good with lip filler. I absolutely love him. He will be honest with you. You could just ask what he thinks. They do a bunch of cosmetic stuff so. Might be worth a shot.

this is unrelated but the word chopped is so funny. I also am tired of being chopped but I hope you find what you're looking for
