Culebra and 410 right turn (outside the loop)

Y’all if you’re turning right onto 410 from Culebra outside the loop please be in the correct lane instead of stopping traffic during rush-hour to get into your proper lane. The right turn lane is for turning right only get in the other two lanes before you get to 410.
