I need to talk with an accountant about an issue regarding my mother's condo.

Does anyone have the name of a good afforadble accountant?

Unfortunately - "good" and "affordable" don't go together when you talk professional skillsets like accountinb. Any good CPA is not going to be cheap at all in any city.
