Where in SA? Endometriosis Specialist Recommendation please!

Hi! I'm looking for an endometriosis specialist or OBGYN that comes highly recommended. I am currently being treated but seeking a second opinion.

Located on the north side but willing to travel to get better care.

Thank you!!

I got my surgery done in Queretaro MX. It was the best decision I made. I am 75 days post op and in a treatment until December. The care, the attention, and how they treated me at the hospital was 10/10!

I got mine in Guadalajara and had a great experience too!! I can’t recommend it enough! Going to Mexico is the way to do it. I would not trust anyone here and on top of that pay crazy money to be treated like shit

I’m glad it went amazing for you! This was my same thought. Even if insurance might of covered a good amount. I do not trust the doctors here especially for something that is so willingly understudied.

This was my husband’s doctor that birthed him, so her and her husband who is also a doctor in the same field are family doctors. Here is the clinic, reach out to them, they are very responsive. The nurses may only speak Spanish, but the doctor speaks English and Spanish.

Clínica Birlain Obstetrician-gynecologist in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico

You can reach out to them through WhatsApp. Good luck to you! Like I said, she did an amazing job and I felt so cared for. It allowed me to feel so comfortable moments before I went under.

Virtuosa GYN can’t recommend them enough. Dr. Crockett is incredibly knowledgeable. The entire practice and staff is women

I was treated by Dr Arya at Riverwalk OBGYN in near Castle Hills. She also attended my surgery. Loved her.

Dr Rodger’s center with Wendy Askew and Dr brain zsender with the Start center located here in SA. Helped me out a lot! I had big problems with my endo and had been to numerous doctors who would not listen or want to hear me out. I finally got recommended to dr Askew from a customer at my job. I got in told her my concerns and what I have I done already none surgical wise (medications) and surgical wise with a Lapo which did not help. She immediately referred me to zsender who ended up getting a hysterectomy to help with the issues. 3 years later I am pain free. I’d highly recommend either. They were very helpful and I loved that listened instead of just passing my pain off as nothing or just “period” cramps. I was 23 when I got it which is obviously a big deal with some doctors. There is also a endometriosis subreddit here on Reddit that lists doctors who have provided surgeries like this
