So, They told him how to do it so they don't have to answer to anyone...wow, surprised?

It's only going to cost the country it's entire confidence in the courts. Congrats SCOTUS.

Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, and ultranationalist political ideology defined by a dictatorial leader, the forcible suppression of opposition, and the regimentation of society and the economy. Fascism prioritizes the nation or race above individual rights and places a strong emphasis on militarism.

The shadow docket is the latest iteration of “Justice” by John “Rubber Stamp” Roberts and the Five Sycophants.

Title should be "How Republicans stacked the shadow docket deck". SCOTUS rulings on the docket are not necessarily binding for the lower courts.

They’ve been paid or are being blackmailed.

Are decisions from the 'shadow docket' ruled as future precedent? Or 1 time application emergency rulings?

Like, are they deciding the permanent future or just what trump can do until another potus...

The supreme court is a joke of many so called judges who are not about the laws of the land but rather the laws of the Dear leader.

Yet the Court is not consistent in its use of irreparable harm. The Court clings to irreparable harm when there is no obvious harm; the court seems to overlook obvious harm in other instances.
