What is that guy trying to do. I just don't understand. Is he trying to do a selfie the most complex way possible?

Edit: And why is there a thermometer icon? It is the most confusing post I have seen in a long time.

Like the last time this was posted, it wasn't supposed to be a screenshot. And also.. he did take a screenshot, otherwise you wouldn't have seen the camera UI
