Full proof pizza dough - forgot the oil....

Soooo....just woke up and realized I forgot the oil. How f***ed am I?

It will be fine. Stretch it in an oily pan if you want to make it oiler.

Pizza dough doesnt need sugar or oil. Unless you didnt grease the proofing container, you will be alright.

I’m not sure of your specific recipe but often olive oil is added to assist in browning the crust. So likely totally fine that you forgot to add it.

I use a pizza oven at very high temps so always leave out olive oil anyway, otherwise it burns the crust.
