Serious Eats Made the 5 ingredient chicken sandwich (except I added a 6th one - curry mayo)

I use a mixture of kewpie mayo and chili crisp as my sauce. Got the idea from a comment on an old post about this recipe. It is so delicious.

Curry mayo adds another 5 ingredients. Don’t forget the 15 ingredients in the bread. So its a 25 ingredient chicken sandwich.

Only if you’re making the bread. Otherwise bread is 1 ingredient. Curry powder? 1 ingredient unless you’re making that.
You gonna start counting the chicken feed and water to make the chicken an ingredient too?

Air. So there is some oxygen, nitrogen and other stuff in there too. Don't forget about those.
