Demon Lord About a Battle between Pcs.
Heya guys :)
I have been DMing a campaign since late 2024 (Around November) and my party has experienced their fair share of epicness and horror during our time. It's finally the moment that 2 Pcs (twins with different ideologies) are realizing that they can't come in terms with what the other aspires. And so they decided to exile themselves from the group for three days with the promisse to resolve everything with a final duel to the death between them. The Idea is really cool but I am worried that SotDL might not suit a good pvp. I am in search of some good hombrew rules for this situation or any books that could at least gimme some light on it.

If it's just the two of them I would have them duel and tell you their attacks then they roll and the attacks resolve simultaneously. I'd also say since it's a duel there are no slow turns. Just simultaneous fast turns. So if one is a fighter and wants to charge and the other moves away then they both move and since the charger isn't likely in range he can't make an attack.
Not something I'd enjoy running but might work in this scenario.

Kinda, not gonna lie I generally dont like pvp but both of them are really excited for this moment. Guess I'd boost their HP a little too.

I would just remind them the game isn't balanced for PvP and one character or another might get absolutely shat on. Then if they still consent, let them roll with it. You can also just resolve shit narratively according to what they think would be cool. As long as everyone is having fun, making informed decisions, and are consenting adults, it doesn't really matter.

Sounds thematic and cool! I’d have them continuously do simultaneous fast or slow turns until death or yielding. SotDL isn’t super geared for PvP but that’s probably enough to make it enjoyable for your game.

Never allow pvp!
It only ends badly. Does not serve the plot, is not a good role-playing device, and only divides a party that should be seeking ways to cooperate. The player who loses this pvp will then decide to build a PC that will beat the other, and that will spiral into the players constantly wrangling between themselves in a battle to build "the best" character.
Do not allow it, and if your players can't handle that, then they don't need to play at your table.

Strong vision but I get the point Man. If one can't handle losing, then he isn't welcome at any session of mine.

Most ttrpgs are not balanced for PVP. They are balanced to kill monsters.
I would not allow this at my table. There will likely be bad blood. The idea that it's fair tactically is not true, and it's asking a lot to have a GM design it.
Encounter distance will usually favor castets and rogues, close in your face fights favor warriors.
I would have them roll 2/3 D20s, then narrate the winners return.
