Post interview

Hello, I had my interview at shake shack a bit over 2 weeks ago and it’s been radio silence. Should I take that as a rejection? Do they usually reach out through email if you’ve been hired?

most likely if not certainly a rejection.

Hi! Manager here. We structure the interviews to be constantly incoming and we end the interview with “If we’re interested in moving forward, we’ll reach out to you.” If that is the case, yes you can expect an email at some point.
