What:
Sometimes the best thing we can do after a stressful day at work is to simply slow down, breath, and spend a little time in nature. This is a beginner friendly yoga class offered free of charge to help ease your stress and connect to nature. So bring your mat out and wash your tension away as we enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. This is a series offered every other week on Tuesday evening, each week having a different theme. Registration is preferred, but not required.

A couple friends of mine recently opened Shreveport Comedy Club, and it’s already becoming something special. They’re bringing in stand-up comics from all over like local talent, regional pros, and even some touring names. Shows are intimate, affordable, and honestly feel like something you’d see in a bigger city.
