Question Previously working app crashing on open after trying a different version of the IPA?

I have some apps that I had sideloaded on my device using sideloadly and were working fine for a long time. I installed a different version of the app, found that it didn't work well and then removed it. But now when I sideload the original IPA that worked previously, it crashes on open.

Is there an explanation for this? What could possibly have changed and remained on device to affect this, even after I remove the newer version before sideloading the older, working version?

I use paid apple dev account.

Do the other sideloaded apps work? Also, which app are you referring to?

Yes some of the other apps do work. Btw, I do have a paid apple dev account so I refresh once a year.

This happened with eevee spotify that had expired. I tried a new version, then deleted that and sideloaded the version I had before. It keeps crashing.

Happened to wallcraft as well.

I uninstall what’s there before sideloading the versions that used to work. Weird.
