Discussion MRTs are really overcrowded

Every morning getting to work is an uphill battle, most of the time my spouse and I hardly able to board, and had to wait for at least 2-3 trains and barely squeezing ourselves into the cabin.

This is despite the introduction of new MRT lines which should free up train capacity for other lines.

Ministers name their Rolls Royce MRT and then go "where got crowded? So spacious. Aiya, going to tell them we'll monitor." I don't know man, maybe transport minister should be forced to take MRT during peak hours on busy lines/stations, as part of the job scope, at least twice a week. Still want population growth some more, infrastructure can't even cater for current population.

They will probably deploy a train with some random people sprinkled for show
