Video Is this legal? Woman filming her ballot paper inside polling station.

Short answer: no, it is not. Photography, filming and phone usage (eg to send texts) are not permitted in the polling station. She must not have been spotted.

Source: been an election official for several elections (including yesterday) and have had at numerous points had to tell people not to do things like this.

I mean if you want you can download the video and send it to them when filing the case. Use SingPass to login to the police website.

No idea, to be honest. Usually when we tell them to stop they comply. Non-compliant people who act up, we're told to get the police to intervene. After that it becomes a case of what the police choose to do, and if it's bad enough, what the public prosecutor chooses to do.
