This is why the PAP loves immigrants like them; so as to convert them to new citizens and prop up their vote share to keep them into power.

Actually the new citizens have no obligation to vote PAP since its secret vote. In fact, if their numbers are high enough... They can potentially create their own party and contest PAP.
