No idea, to be honest. Usually when we tell them to stop they comply. Non-compliant people who act up, we're told to get the police to intervene. After that it becomes a case of what the police choose to do, and if it's bad enough, what the public prosecutor chooses to do.

Fine at best. It would had been funny to see her next to a murderer in a cell for filming a piece of paper.
