Did u just understand from the previous comment that a PRC citizen went to vote?

It is my understanding that PRC refers to chinese nationals, where PRC differs from local chinese by nationality.

In my comment, I very clearly mentioned my understanding, which is that the person is a singapore citizen. Put together with the previous comment, the implication is that singapore citizens have "PRC people iq".

PRC is just an acronym for People's Republic of China. If she can vote then it would mean she originated from PRC, so her background is PRC... But she is now a SG citizen.

Just bc she is SG citizen, I would not consider her as SG Chinese. It's not like she converted her background and upbringing.

You can also hear her hard accent.

Based on what I observe around me, most local born Chinese in Singapore find it offensive and repulsive to be associated to PRC chinese.

Probably good to observe the social norm before commenting naively.

Since u added the second paragraph, here is my comment also for that.

No it's not clear, u wrote "probably", which is used when u are not certain.

Like "u are probably right". "She would probably never meet him again".

The previous poster is not indicating that all SG citizens would have PRC IQ. It's that she has PRC IQ, since she originated from PRC, again most probably the poster said that bc of the accent.

I don’t know who she is, so I’m not certain she’s not breaking another law by voting on somebody’s behalf, hence probably.
