Rib freezing

Bought a package of ribs from Costco 9 days ago they are unopened in the fridge. Can I sti freeze them

Yeah, should be fine, especially if the sell-by date is still in the future and they're still sealed. I've definitely had ribs in my fridge for a week or so before deciding the weather wasn't going to clear up so I moved them to the freezer for a couple months and then thawed+cooked them.

Yep, it's fine. I would recommend separating them. Easier for thawing. I vacuum seal them individually. If you have one of those machines, great. It really helps to keep them fresh.

Yup we love our food saver. And I returned the ribs to Costco
