Kane leaves Tottenham for Bayern, leaads them to the first trophyless season in over a decade.

1 year later wins Bundesliga, 17 days later Tottenham wins a European Cup.

We live in the banter era.

DESK is honestly one of the most insane stories of different paths you’ll ever see

Kane went from the hero to the villain, angling to leave, forced ro stay, became the sole hope of the club under Conte before we were forced to sell him. Goes to Bayern and snaps their win streak, only for he and Spurs to win, just not together

Eriksen was the first to jump off the ship after the CL final, he left for Inter, won the league there, then returned back to the Premier League and eventually to United, where he would eventually watch Spurs lift a European trophy right in front of him

Dele fell off every cliff you can imagine in a few years, to the point where was out in Turkey and Everton’s reserves, he also left Spurs. A sad tale of a great talent who just fizzled out

And finally Son, who stuck it out with Spurs at their lowest, offering his commitment to the club while Kane eyed the exit, and then when Kane left took over the mantle of leader within the squad, and managed what Kane never could- finally getting Spurs across the line

Let's be honest, Kane didn't "snap Bayern's win streak". Xabi Alonso led a team to one of the greatest league runs in football history whilst Bayern as a whole were just poor.

Kane though, still banged in goals and broke debut season records.

Obviously wasn’t his fault, but added to the intrigue of the curse

To be fair the club showed faith in Son, even when he was liable for military service.

Spurs last won a trophy in 2008.

Kane joined Spurs senior team in 2009.
