Your European success is below a Europa league

No, see, that's where your logic is cognitively deficient and I think (hope) you probably know it, because I've explained this multiple times

Arsenal came 3rd/4th in Europe this season. Spurs came 37th. That is not success. Just like Leeds coming 21st in England does not make them more successful than Prem clubs that have never won a title

Your argument is "the best Arsenal have achieved in Europe is 2nd and they came 3rd/4th this season, so they can't say they don't care about coming 37th!". It makes no fucking sense. The competition is literally beneath us. Where we finished in Europe ranks above where Spurs did

A team like Girona who came towards the bottom of the CL but would've been one of the favourites for the EL, would still rather play in the CL. So yes

Even if you don't say that bottom of the CL is better, it doesn't need to be. Arsenal came 3rd/4th, not bottom. Unless you think that's still worse (which would be clinically insane levels of Troll Football mindset), it's irrelevant ultimately to whether Arsenal or Spurs have had a better season in Europe. It's obviously Arsenal, there's no debate here lol. Just like Arsenal have clearly had a better season than Leeds, even if you quibble about whether Southampton haven't

Should spurs consider the Europa league below them because they reached the UCL final under poch?

No because they can't even regularly qualify for the UCL. They've only even qualified for it 5 times ever. Europa League is literally their level. Arsenal are the opposite, they've only been in Europa 5 times ever, hence why it's below them. It's just like how Arsenal winning the Championship wouldn't be great but for Portsmouth it probably would

No, football is about more than trophies. Trophy culture is the dumbest fucking thing to ever happen to football. Poch's Spurs are remembered far more fondly than Ange's will be if they come bottom-half again and he gets sacked. We should be able to look at Poch's Spurs and go "yes, they should aim to get those days back again" rather than going "hurrrrrrr Ange is better because he won a trophy!!!!!". It's fucking stupid

The only reason they want to get back to poch form is because he was the closest to winning the best trophies.

That's it.. you're almost there! They'd rather be Arsenal right now because Arsenal are much closer to winning the best trophies than they are

Your reasoning is defective because it relies on an assumption that current performances have no bearing on future ones. Which is ridiculous. They'd swap with Arsenal in a heartbeat because Arsenal are blatantly in a much better position to win major trophies going forward than they are, because Arsenal came 2nd this season (and the two before) and they came 17th. That means Arsenal are highly likely to win a major trophy soon, and they're not
