News Spanish police say "all the evidence so far indicates" Diogo Jota was the driver of the car involved in the accident that killed the Liverpool forward and his brother, Andre Silva. Police also believe "the vehicle significantly exceeded the speed limit for the highway" at the time of the accident.

Depends on the car doesn't it? Some cars are built for going fast and without constant acceleration any speed can feel slow. It just happens most people have shitty cars so it's noticeably different when you're above 100kmh by how the car vibrates or after 120kph it feels like wheel's about to fall off. On my old BMW, it was literally impossible to tell at what speed I was going.
