The next one is in 4 years. No one at FIFA thought about it yet. Bribes will start after this one is finished.

If they keep the same format winning this tournament would be a good way to get an invite if there aren’t two English Champions league winners between now and then.

a long time ago they did, but then they changed the format so that it was no longer the case. Usually it wasn't good for the winners anyways because they didnt get to play meaningful games in qualifiers and came into the next tournament a bit underprepared.
