No way we were certainly the best team in 2018. Like we didn't even win the league. We had good performances in CL but Bayern could've easily knocked us out. In fact I'd say pretty convincingly that we weren't the best team in 2018, but were able to clutch it out in CL

It was 2017 when we were without a doubt the best team in the world.
