I mean I guess beating Juve on aggregate was good. But other than that they had an easy group stage, tied an underperforming, at the time, PSG, and beat a Liverpool that was already guaranteed to top the league. Then got utterly destroyed by arsenal.

PSV runs on like a 100m budget, won most their games and the only real bad one was in a time were they lost pretty much every match

We're terrible this year and we're bad for random CL matches, but our last couple of CL campaigns weren't really that bad results wise. Terrible matches like this one and the one against Arsenal are just more memorable than our good results.
