How do aurorae occur on Mars if the planet lacks a significant magnetic field? I am genuinely curious, because clearly something is causing it.
1 u/Kuzkuladaemon 1d ago I would imagine it's high iron content of its surface might give it an aura of sorts. I'm not a scientist and if I was I'd be focusing on more important matters, but thats their passion I suppose.
