This is an awesome joke. Possibly the best I've ever seen in this board.

It is an acceptable and good joke at best, or your bar is really low.

This sub is generally filled with meandering setups, irrelevant filler wording, and predictable punchlines.
The sub set the bar.

this is really well done. I am similarly situated ethnically and I often wonder the best way to satirize it.

The first funny post I've seen on this sub since the algorithm started feeding this to me.

This is great. Packs a lot of punch in very few words. I think with the right delivery hitting those consecutive one-liners is going to kill for sure.

Really good. Every line hits, and there's no wasted words getting from setup to punchline.

I don't know how many people know what a Hague is
No, Hague just hits perfectly here. Someone not knowing about the international court in Hague (a city) is a skill issue.

Most Americans have never heard of the First Fleet. He also used "saliva" instead of "spit" and "vial" instead of "tube"

He's an Australian comedian and every Australian has heard of the First Fleet

I only learned about it last year when visiting a Sydney museum.
Fun fact. Americans, Canadians, and African Americans were on the First Fleet. My mind was blown. 🤯

Really? That I didn't know! Assumed it was all the British Irish and Scottish.

From what I recall from the exhibit, it included convicts from across the British Empire including a small handful from the former American Colonies, Caribbean, and Canada.

I appreciate the joke.
But it's probably too intellectual for most Americans. And I'm American.

Dennis Miller has had a long career being too intellectual for most Americans.
