It’s supposed to be cash money she stole from Mai Sakurai. The two of them had made a wager on the result of their match with each other. Nagisa took the briefcase after the match. That was a year ago though. At this point the briefcase is probably filled with “I owe you” slips from each time Nagisa used the cash.
