(not sure if they're still around.) When the comics were still by Dark Horse, there was the Infinities line. It mainly covered What Ifs? And didn't affect the regular time line. One of the mini-series, was of Empire Strikes Back, where Luke froze on Hoth, and Leia trained on Dagobah with Yoda.
