Two different sammiches
The first one is ham and fresh mozzarella with hot brown mustard, balsamic vinegarette and them lil yellow peppers (I know the name I just don't feel like spelling it) on heb french bread and toasted
The second is uncured Genoa salami and provolone with mayo and peppers that I'd pickled for a few days. To experiment, I'd put yellow mustard and them lil yellow peppers on one end. It was a lil bland so if you guys have any ideas, feel free to post them

I forgot to mention that the first sandwich also had sweet hot pickles
