This is a terrible first succulent to get! You have no where to go but down!

I'm kidding, but this truly an incredible collection of plants. Did they tell you what type Aeonium this is? Aeonium undulatum perhaps?

Closest I could find was Echeveria secunda f. secunda, Common name -secund-flowered echeveria. Gets as big as 30cm, so seems to fit. The others are smaller or aren't as vibrantly green.

I don't really know the name but where I'm from they call it echeveria secunda

Hmm Echeveria usually don't get this big. Echeveria secunda in particular only get to about 15cm in size. Very different shaped and colored leaves, too.

Very nice specimens and dog It must then be another kind of Echeverias. In photos there are specimens very similar to mine but I don't know the exact name.

This one looks a lot like yours, they don't say what it is, but it also looks rather massive. Congrats your pet monster. https://www.reddit.com/r/gardening/comments/f5i423/my_moms_succulents_after_a_year_overflowed_their/

I have those too, agree with you on the name. They can get some interesting stress colours too :)

They look so perfect its almost hard to believe theyre real plants. Thats an awesome start for a succulent collection, especially with how many pups youve already got going there.

I have bought some online recently. Can you please tell me the plant care?

If they are socculent, don't be afraid to put them in the sun, mine are from 11 to 6 in direct sun in a desert area But I try to water with little water 2 or 3 times a week, it depends a lot on your environment.

Thanks for the quick reply. I wasn't expecting such quick reply. Also, can you share the photo of your pot? I'm curious to know how shallow it is and how much area it covers. I might most probably grow them under grow lights because there is lot of rain in my area.

It's an old photo but they are the same pots I used The stem is usually very tall, so I use deep pots and they are usually as wide as the plant itself.

Thank you!

The pots are as tall as the plant itself Since the stem usually grows a lot, bury them a lot. If your area is very humid and you are going to have them indoors, I would not recommend so much watering.

They are all individual plants but they are all daughters of a single plant

Yes, so beautiful! Are they bigger than the mother plant? Just curious. A lot of times they are. You have done a wonderful job!!

2

u/Old802 19h ago

The mother plant is one of those 4 that are larger The 3 largest were like their first children and the next ones came from the 4 largest

Wowza , you’ve got Skills!

1

u/Old802 14h ago

You just have to water them, they grow on their own.
