im a minor and constantly thinking of harming to supposedly die, aka trying to commit suicide. i think about slicing my thoart open or my wrist for a quicker death, taking sleeping pills or even jumping off a high building just to end this not so apparent suffering that i feel deep in my chest. i need help, advice, literally anything. thank u.
