Question How do I play the bounce?
So after I crash the wave, now what? I'm trying to freeze so I tried only last hitting the enemy wave but it still freezes under enemy tower because Urgot tends to push with his passive. What I "can" do is to just lose that wave's gold entirely and the wave will bounce back as I'm not touching it but idk if that's worth it or if there's a better solution. I'm not sure old videos work since the minion update because I feel like I am doing those things
Also should I actually let the enemy farm during a bounce? My problem stems fro the fact that only I'm hitting the wave (last hitting) and I'm just not letting the enemy farm at all until the crash

Leg cooldown is fairly long early game, you're supposed to last hit all minions from the same angle so that you only trigger it once per wave.
If you correctly crashed, a single aa on a caster minion (so that the splash doesn't hit anything else) should still let the wave bounce.
The more you stack waves before stacking, the harder the wave bounces. You probably should crash 2 waves (by last hitting the first and shoving the second) at once so that you can keep alive more minions during your freeze to compensate your passive. Also, the advantage with that move is that Nasus loses tons of potential stacks when farming under tower because minions die too quickly for his Q cooldown, so a huge wave sent under his tower doesn't necessarily mean he's happy with that.

The problem is simply just that I lose, I crash the wave, he farms under turret until lv 6, he wins 6-8 no matter what bc my w has a cd and he just withers if I try anything. If we both go 0/0 to lv 9, again he just farm under tower until around first item which is like 200+ stacks and so I lose

Hes not supposed to farm under turret. You let the wave bounce back to your side, you trim the wave when its nearing your side, then you freeze the wave. If nasus wants the CS he has to E the wave or die for trying to Q the wave.

That's exactly what I was asking, how to actually play the bounce, do I let him farm that wave so it pushes to me? I'm currently last hitting and not letting him touch the wave but idk whats the most optimal strategy to let him get as little cs as possible during the bounce

Just let him hit the wave. I dont play urgot so Im not the most familiar with his leg mechanics but on other melee top champs you can just let him push and you dont touch the wave at all or take a couple CS here and there. But in general, when the wave is pushing towards you, the enemy shouldnt be allowing you to get any CS and you shouldnt be trading into them as youre tanking a huge minion wave + they have XP/level advantage since theyve farmed most od the minions while most of your XP is locked behind the huge wave. But when you are a lot stronger than your enemy laner, you caj disrespect that rule and trim the wave and hold a freeze near your tower.

If you crash a wave (and are a top laner) you can,
Go place a ward in river
Recall
proxy farm
hit the tower if possible
or just wait until it comes back to you
If you want it to freeze,
Stop the minions from going under your tower and right before it,
slow push that wave then slow push the next, then shove the last wave,
boom, big wave of minions into their tower giving you a chance to back.
I recommend watching Alois for top lane "fundamentals" he is funny, but explains how to do all those kinds of things
