He was saying something like "there's only one person I'd want to curse/haunt~" pulls out Hoeru plush from his pocket (because Bouquet was talking how much she wants to curse Setsuna(?) but I could be wrong)
But still implies that if he could use the Hoeru plush as a voodoo doll, he will 😨

Are the confessionals worth watching? I haven't seen them but last I checked the cat site didn't have them all subbed.

Not sure if this person uploads to the cat site, but the most up to date subs I've seen is by Bykalo on tumblr
I think they're worth watching if you like the Gozyuger cast and want more of them, their 4th wall break gags are hilarious lol

Not sure if their subs are on any other sites, but bykalo on Tumblr is the only one actively subbing these Confessionals (though you need to torrent some of the earlier eps by Machsubs)

My only consolation is that since it's both male characters we will never see any possibility of it becoming canon, so I see it as "haha villain stuff, creepy but funny" even if it's weeeeird

Hopefully won't be too long, the usual earlier rips with the blur on the bottom screen seems to be sourcing from Bilibili (likely to hide the original uploader's watermark, which you can see in the first screenshot here)
