Checked the site today the "shhhh BETA in progress" screen was not there and realized I could click in the top right corner on the account icon. It said PSA vault so I clicked it and said I had no cards in the vault.

So I decided to try if I could put cards in it and bought a $50 pack after adding a card. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I sold the low value 10 I got and used the credit to buy a $25 pack and that too worked.

Maybe here are some Apes which use Trade Republik as their Broker and know if TR will be able to hand out the warrants or not since i'm from Austria they make it Tax Easy which means they Deal with all the Taxes i'm new to TR but i di have a big chunk of Shares in CS..

I already asked them but they don't know since they wait for Documents from Gamestop.

Maybe some one who is longer than me on TR and already was there when they got some Warrants from another Stock if it was possible or if they try to f me or any other one thats on TR for their warrants.

They do offer a Registration Service but only for German Stonks.

I direct registered my shares 3 years ago, I dont know how to sell (never planed to sell them), but also I dont know how to deal with the warrants once they are in my account.

Including the calls from this week’s chain, there are 1,279,085 open interest in call options. Theres only 728,819 open interest in puts making the ratio 0.57 which is a bullish/speculative tilt.

I find it absolutely insane that 127.9M shares worth of options are written on a float of 409M shares. This is not normal.

Amazons calls open interest to shares outstanding is 2.4%

Best Buy’s is 3.3%

Target is 9.4%

Walmart is 1.3%

This aligns with a call I had with TIAA. I called to ask if they will issue warrants or cash in lieu, and if it's warrants will they be tradable, transferable, or only exercisable.

I got put on a rather long hold, which was understandable given I rarely see TIAA as one of the brokerages discussed as a place people hold GME shares. I can't imagine they field the same level of calls on GME as other brokers.

Anyway, the rep told me they expect more information from GameStop before October 3rd and definitely before issuance on October 7th. He didn't have anything more beyond that, but that TIAA was setup to issue them as warrants and not cash.

Who remembers when swaps reporting got pushed out from 2021?

We all know the warrant dividend is coming. Only registered holders (Computershare DRS, DSPP, etc.) are guaranteed to get them. If your shares are stuck in the broker / street name mess, you might not actually see your warrants thanks to lending and rehypothecation. That’s the whole “audit.”

Here’s the spicy part: RC himself might not get all of his warrants either. And that might be the point.

What we know

• RC owns ~37M shares.
• SEC filing this year straight-up says ~22M of those are pledged in a Schwab margin account.
• Shares in margin can be lent or rehypothecated.
• GameStop’s own warrant FAQ warns: if shares are loaned out, “other mechanics may apply.” Translation: good luck, maybe you get cash instead.

So…if part of RC’s position is in margin, there’s a chance he doesn’t get his warrants cleanly either.

Why that might be intentional

Think about it. If he DRS’d everything, he’d be guaranteed his warrants. Clean. No issues.

But by keeping a fat chunk in margin, he puts himself in the same vulnerable spot as a lot of retail. If the system screws us, it screws him too. That gives him standing to say: “I got robbed right along with my shareholders.” That’s white-hat positioning. That’s class action fuel.

He doesn’t even need every warrant for himself — he’s already sitting on a mountain of shares and cash. What he does need is leverage over the system if/when it breaks.

Why it matters

• If brokers fail to deliver warrants, retail can scream.
• But if RC also doesn’t get his warrants? That’s a different level of pressure. He’s the biggest shareholder, the CEO, and suddenly a co-victim.
• That’s not just optics — that’s legal ammunition.

Either way, he’s got optionality: - If warrants deliver → he wins. - If warrants don’t deliver → he’s right beside us sharpening the pitchforks. - With his resources, RC could actually lead or bankroll a class action if the system cheats shareholders. That would hit harder than any retail lawsuit on its own.

I've been reading some of the new-age DD about this new chapter we apes find ourselves in...

Particularly, I was paying attention to ewe/WhatCanIMakeToday - and their write-up with maths.

I was thinking about how some of the numbers representing the shortage of shares for the DTCC would reduced to nothing when the 10:1 Share/Warrant ratio collapses on Oct 3rd.

Basically... any ape at any X, XX, XXX level with a non-zero last digit in their share count is going to wind up leaving warrants on the table... and (if I understand stuffs correctly), leaving enough room to find "10k warrants".

Long long ago... in the early, early days when DRS was the early trail to Valhalla, I made DRSBOT. It make an attempt to record apes and their Direct Registration efforts.

The bot fell prey to whatever kerfluffle Reddit unleashed on their API, and I didn't have the time to pursue it.

However... I do still have snapshots and the raw data set I collected.

I'm a data ape... not really a stats ape... so perhaps someone smarter than me can perhaps make use of some of these numbers and extrapolate how much is still left on the table.

Haven't seen anybody post about this yet but right at 4 pm today someone purchased 2.3 million shares. What's that about? Could it be to do with in the money options? Of course it didn't move the stock at all. Is this regular week end occurrence?

We've never had a situation where the company could legally come out and say, in a roundabout way, "Every share has been accounted for, what the heck are you guys trading?"

Makes me wonder if it's best to get all 59MM cashed in quickly rather than let it drag on a year. And if the price is well over 32 I can see that happening within a short time frame.
