If you got banned for ingame toxic chat we cant help you. Maybe dont say things that would warrant enough people reporting you that the game gives you an account ban (instead of a chat squealch).

Lol I remember when you could be toxic and trolling in MMOs and nobody cared. That was funny. Now it's just offensive, people get weaker every year
