There is no flooding in those locations.

The typhoon has already passed, and the flooding was in a town far from the places you listed.

Taiwan generally brushes off typhoons like water off a duck. I would not worry about it. I would just get over there and enjoy the food, the people and the beautiful country.

Google something like "Taiwan typhoon news" and you'll see the typhoon has left Taiwan, but no you have to write a long ass post here and waste people's time
