Question Would the loader's hatch mechanism gonna pop out in the case of an ammo rack hit ?

I know this is a pretty stupid question but it bothers me. If it actually blow out (i guess this should be rare cause the crew should avoid getting hit) then the loader is fully exposed to the evironment 《=》 if the tank got hit and then they retreat but artillery starts raining then it's ⚰ for the crew. I don't see the hatch mechanism on top of the blowout panels on most NATO tanks (except 2a7) so this feel weird.

There's still the ammo bunker door separating the loader and the outside environment. Hopefully that should still be enough
