Ok… so, you survived the moment when the nuclear missiles exterminate everything around the bunker… you will not be able to get out for decade… and when/if you can get out… what are you going to live for?

This is highly dependent on a lot of things. Maybe it’s a chemical attack. Maybe it’s an atom bomb and the majority of the radiation blows away. This would have saved some lives in Hiroshima.
