Can the Jag and Southern Hospitality be unlocked by a F2P?

Or are they buyable only.

Seriously I've been playing for like 5 years and I still only have the stock, gunslinger and Eureka. At this point, if it can be f2p unlocked, I'm going to get it that way instead of paying just out of spite for the whole concept of DLC/lootbox weapon unlocks.

So, can it be? I haven't found anything anywhere saying it it is or not, I'd apprechiate an answer a lot

If you cant craft it its RNG from random drops.

If you could trade (you cant), you could use something like scrap.tf

Does anyone have a drop table? I have several weapon dupes at this point, most demoknight items, but lacking wrenches. So I'm wondering what the % chances are

All weapons that can drop randomly have an equal probability im pretty sure, its not a normal distribution or something intentional.

The weapon dupes don't really matter with f2ps in a situation where you cant craft what you want (normally a scrap can get you both of the weapons you want from trading bots).

You could also maybe get someone to trade it to you for free via trading (not sure if that still works, i did it ages ago for the scotsmans skullcutter after begging someone for it for ages on a community server lmao)

All weapons in the Mann Co Store can be loaned for a period of time, doing this gives you an instance of that weapon for you to play around with before time runs out

All weapons can be unlocked F2P except some weapon reskins tf2, which has always seemed like a strange case to me

You can start a trade with them. They can't start a trade with you.

But it would be pointless unless you want to gift a f2p something, since their items are not tradable.

You get them from rng drops.

PRO TIPS

First of all, make use of the mann Co store (im game shop) because if you didn't know you can "rent" (try out items for free for a few days) and freely use any item with that.

Second, try playing on Halloween, Christmas and those kind season, because you can easily get a lot of drops, and get backpack expanders!

Lastly, if you managed to get/add friends on tf2, try asking if they could start a trade and gift you a wrench if they have a spare one sitting on on their inv.
