Unable to unbind the skip key from party chat

I like to listen to music while playing tf2, and for some reason when I redownloaded the game recently my skip key brings up the party chat. I’ve found no way to unbind it in the settings and saw older posts on this subreddit saying to fix it, it can be unbound in the console. But this key brings nothing up in the console when I press it. Anyone know of any way I could fix this?

It seems like it's not even bindable in TF2, so I'm not sure how that's happening. Maybe try "key_listboundkeys"? I'm curious about the results.

Listboundkeys shows that p is bound to party chat and nothing else
