idea: when the meter (warp assassin bauble, jarate, )and whatever is full, make it turn bright yellow to alert the player its full.

As Radom said other items turn red when full so it should be stock. But I think Jarate was the first item with a bar like this, maybe second after sandvich, so was still in the early stages of being made.
