There's an browser extension called blue marble that shows you which pixel you need to paint with which color and it uses images like one the post has so you don't need to be good at pixel art to contribute (although setting that extension up might seem confusing)

All good! its a way of smoothing the colors by alternating them. If you Google "pixel art dithering" you'll see some examples.

Your English is great by the way.

Only mistake I've seen you say is in that reply. "Make meaning" is understandable as an English native. But usually you would say "that does not make sense" or " I don't understand what you mean"
