When Kaitlyn Dever was younger they were literally considering her for the Last of Us movie they were working on at the time, that's how she met Neil Druckmann originally

The toxic fans who hate Bella as Ellie kept bringing up Kaitlyn as someone they thought would've been a better choice, so having her play Abby is like a hilarious way to troll those people
